Marie-Carline Chardonnet, President and training manager, is KIND's disability officer. She receives requests from applicants, trainees, employees and partners.
KIND has joined the « Activateur de progrès, Emploi & Handicap » approach of Agefiph and commits to keep improving how it welcomes, recruits and supports people with disabilities.
The actions carried out under the charter are followed by a dedicated project group.
Pace, materials, assessment methods, accessibility of premises or of the video conferencing tool: adjustments are studied with you.
KIND Academy training courses are open to people with disabilities. Adjustment needs are collected from the application or the entry positioning interview, so that the course can be adapted before it starts.
Applications from people with disabilities are welcome, for assignments in remote work or on site in Paris. Mention any adjustment that would help you; we study it with you.
