A mission written into the articles of association

Mission-driven company status legally binds a business to social and environmental objectives. It is not a marketing promise, it is a supervised framework.

“To secure AI through human intelligence, with lasting employment and fair pay for the experts who make it possible.”
Statutory purpose · KIND AI, mission-driven company
What that involves

A commitment that is audited, not declared

The purpose and its associated objectives are written into the company's articles of association. A mission committee monitors delivery and reports every year in a publicly available impact report.

That requirement is consistent with what we do: we ask our clients to prove what they claim about their AI systems, so it would be hard not to hold ourselves to the same standard.

It reviews how the objectives are delivered and issues observations that are made public.

03

The annual report

It sets out the indicators tracked, the progress made and the points to improve.
