KIND is a French mission-driven company helping companies and public institutions make their artificial intelligence systems compliant, explainable and human-governed.
Founded in 2026 and based in Paris, KIND combines sovereign platforms: KIND Conformité to measure and document compliance, KIND Connect to mobilise a qualified expert network, and Circé to produce the documentation. Its purpose is written into its articles of association and overseen by a mission committee.

SIREN 107 108 334 · RCS Paris · Raison d'être inscrite dans les statuts · Dirigeante : Marie-Carline Chardonnet
Marie-Carline Chardonnet began her career as a journalist. Trained at journalism school, she worked on investigations for BFM and France Télévisions, and appeared as a commentator on LCI and France Télévisions. From those years she kept a method: verify before asserting, and go back to the sources.
She then moved into data. A data protection officer in Europe, then a data and CRM consultant for groups such as CMA CGM, IZIPIZI and Suntory, she became a certified Salesforce and Tableau CRM administrator and earned a business data analyst certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
It is at the crossroads of those two careers that she founded KIND in 2026. The observation is simple: organisations are deploying artificial intelligence faster than they can account for it, and the skills needed to verify those systems exist but remain scattered. KIND brings the two together, with a requirement written into its articles of association: fair pay and wider access to evaluation careers.
She is active in the French Tech ecosystem and speaks regularly on the AI Act, digital sovereignty and the place of human work in the AI value chain.
The monogram is a black square carrying the K and its backslash in white. It is never inverted: there is no black-on-white version, on any medium. Keep a clear space around it equal to half its height. Only the KIND wordmark changes colour depending on the background.
